Who We Are
We started Somatic Ice in Sydney in 2022 because we were over wellness that felt like a chore. We wanted to build something people actually look forward to showing up to.
What started as sunrise sessions on the beach has grown into a nationwide movement. Today we run events across Australia, delivering our signature blend of breathwork, ice baths, yoga and movement to all types of businesses and event organisers.
We give people something memorable. Experiences that build resilience, create genuine connection, and leave everyone buzzing for weeks. All led by qualified facilitators. We bring everything. You just show up.
